Investigating and Reporting Allegations of Misconduct |
This four-hour training includes information on abuse and neglect prevention, developing an investigation protocol, definitions of misconduct, elements of a thorough investigation, interviewing skills and misconduct reporting requirements. A 10-minute video depicts an interview of a witness.
Intended Audience: Individuals responsible for investigating and reporting misconduct in entities regulated by the Wisconsin DHS Division of Quality Assurance.
