Additional Information:
Room is locked, so the trainer must get a badge and return it at end of the day.
Work with Jill to have visitor badges for you at the front desk of the HHS building.
IT department will check computers to be sure learners have access to needed systems.
Smart Board available for rental if it is available.

Special Requests:
For Child Support sessions, it is helpful to request a table, usually a rolling 3 shelf, 3 foot cart, put next to the trainer's computer desk. A podium is also useful.

Parking and Building Access Instructions (Goes in Confirmation and Reminder Emails)
County Parking Lot A offers metered parking.
Please park in the 12-hour meters. Parking cost is $0.25 per hour; you need change for the meter.
If the metered parking is full, there is a parking ramp at the corner of 3rd Street S. and Pine Street.
Parking in Pine Street ramp is free for first 3 hours and is $1.00 per hour after that. Parking is strictly enforced and can be paid via ParkMobile app.
Permit parking in the county lots is also strictly enforced.
