Worklist and Report Resources
This webpage provides instructions on common worklists and reports for multiple child support functional areas. It contains short videos and reference guides for Paternity, Review & Adjust, Health Insurance, Locate, and Administrative Enforcement, with more coming in the future. These are quick references to get you started on specific processes. Continue to access the Worklists and Events Manual, the Reports Manual, Fact Sheets, and Resource pages for further information on each topic.

KIDS “E” Region Refresh Dates
The Training Region of KIDS, known as the “E” Region of KIDS – CICSE330, refreshes periodically to allow students a fresh opportunity to work cases and practice using KIDS, without affecting any production cases. When the “E” region refreshes, it erases casework done since the last refresh.

A refresh is scheduled for the following dates in 2022:

  • February 13, 2022
  • April 10, 2022
  • June 12, 2022
  • September 11, 2022
  • November 13, 2022
  • December 18, 2022

Training Tips

KIDS “E” Region – Develop Your KIDS Skills
Is there a KIDS process that is a bit confusing to you? Are you new to Child Support and want practice using KIDS? You can use the “E” region to practice without affecting production cases. Remember to have a supervisor designate your agency’s case assignment before starting. Download the E Region Logon Instructions Desk Aid from the Learning Center and use your own KIDS Logon ID to start learning more about KIDS today!

Need some help or ideas? See the following:

Caution: The “E” region refreshes periodically and erases all cases. Check the schedule on the Child Support Partner Resources website before starting your practice session.

Financial Accounts: Reconciling and Reports - Webinar
Have you ever had to calculate arrears and interest due to a CP? Reconciling a KIDS case is necessary in many situations. Do you look at the list of financial reports and wonder where to start? Or how to use the suspense reports?

This course covers the information needed to complete the reconciliation and tools to accurately calculate arrears and interest with one or more IV-D cases. It also includes working financial reports to help agencies achieve performance goals, get payments to the family timely, and reduce suspended collections.

Web Intelligence (Webi) Reporting Tools & Applications for Child Support - Webinar
Webi provides child support program reports not available in Control-D for case management, financials, paternity establishment and other program purposes. It gathers information from KIDS for work lists, evaluating trends and visualizing data in charts and graphs.

This course covers how to access Webi reports, how to use Webi tools, and the application of report information. New reports will be added to Webi every month. Just some of the reports reviewed in class include Caseload Aging and Assignment, Active Children Needing PAT Establishment, Contempt Eligibility, No Payments in the Last 1, 2, or 3 Months, and Potential Case Closure.

In the left navigation pane of the PTT Learning Center, choose My Information, then Transcript. If you are prompted to Sign On, enter your Learning Center Logon ID and click OK.

You will see your upcoming classes and the last 3 years of your training history. To view your entire training history, select Entire Training Transcript in the upper right portion of the screen.

Clicking on the Select button to the left of a class will take you to the information page for that class or course.

Explanation of the registration statuses:

  • (E) - Enrolled
    Your registration was received for an upcoming class. After the enroll close date, you will receive correspondence on your status for the class.

  • (W) - Wait Listed
    You are on the wait list for an upcoming class. After the enroll close date, you will receive correspondence on your status for the class.

  • (C) - Canceled by Registration Staff
    You contacted the registration staff to cancel from the class.

  • (L) - Canceled Due to Low Class Enrollment
    The class was canceled due to low enrollment.

  • (O) - Canceled Due to Over Enrollment
    The class was over-booked, and your registration was canceled.
  • (Z) - Canceled by Learning Center
    You canceled from the class using the Learning Center web registration.

  • (N) - No-show
    You did not attend the class in which you were enrolled.

  • (I) - Incomplete
    You attended only a portion of the class.

  • (F) - Finished; (R) - Mastered; (X) - Completed
    You successfully completed the class or online course.

  • (S) - Started/In Progress; (U) - Un-Mastered
    You have not completed all the required components in an on-line course.

Training participants are responsible for downloading and printing their own Participant Guides. Directions regarding this are included in the confirmation letter. 


Inclement Weather Phone Number
The Partner Training Team offers a phone number to call when the weather doesn't cooperate with training plans. If you wonder if your in-person class will be held, call the Inclement Weather Number at 608-422-6322 before you drive! A recorded message will announce the status of training sessions.
