Engage with Ease: W-2 Case Management Fundamentals
This new course helps you build the skills you need to connect, collaborate, and succeed with participants as a W-2 Case Manager! It's designed for new workers to explore the importance of self-awareness, learn how to set and maintain professional boundaries, and practice coaching strategies that encourage growth. You’ll also discover ways to prepare for appointments that keep participants engaged and on track. Engage with Ease replaces W-2 Case Management and You as a required course for new workers.

Throughout the course, we look at how various assessments impact your case management practices and the participant’s journey toward self-sufficiency.

Your Computer and Security Settings

The Learning Center computer settings document explains the computer settings that need to be in place when using the Learning Center. These settings allow your computer to communicate most effectively with the Learning Center, and update your training record with the proper completion statuses. The last page of the document has the appropriate responses to the most common security warning messages that you may encounter.

Be sure to check with your Supervisor or IT staff prior to making any changes to your computer settings.

Print Your Own Participant Guides
Training participants are responsible for downloading and printing their own Participant Guides. Directions regarding this are included in the confirmation letter. 


Inclement Weather Phone Number
The Partner Training Team offers a phone number to call when the weather doesn't cooperate with training plans. If you wonder if your class will be held, call the Inclement Weather Number at 608-422-6322 before you drive! A recorded message will announce the status of training sessions.
