Building the BEST Connections in Case Management - Face to Face Classroom You’ll learn how the BEST approach fits into principles of assessment, then apply those concepts to W-2 assessments, EP goals, EP activities, and accommodations.

Building the BEST Connections in Case Management - Virtual Classroom You’ll learn how the BEST approach fits into principles of assessment, then apply those concepts to W-2 assessments, EP goals, EP activities, and accommodations. The virtual classroom experience takes place over four subsequent days. You must attend all four days to receive credit. Each day lasts three and a half hours.

In this course, you reflect introspectively on your own strategies for prioritizing time management, establishing healthy boundaries, and practicing self-care. You also work collaboratively to share ideas and strategies. Learn how self-reflection sets you up to be a successful Case Manager.

Your Computer and Security Settings https://wss.ccdet.uwosh.edu/Courseware/LC_ComputerAndSecuritySettings.pdf The Learning Center computer settings document explains the computer settings that need to be in place when using the Learning Center. These settings allow your computer to communicate most effectively with the Learning Center, and update your training record with the proper completion statuses. The last page of the document has the appropriate responses to the most common security warning messages that you may encounter. Be sure to check with your Supervisor or IT staff prior to making any changes to your computer settings.
