WWP Security Roles Desk Aid - Updated
Wondering how the various W-2 security roles in WWP can interact with the new functionality? We updated the WWP Security Roles desk aid to include EPs, participation tracking, etc., and the new secondary approver roles for POP claims and Aux payments. Knowing what each security role can access in WWP will help your agency plan ahead now that WWP Phase 2 is live.

Practical Applications in CWW
The purpose of this course is to develop a clear understanding of CWW processes and to use CWW accurately in W-2 eligibility determination.

Note: This course is required for new W-2 workers. New workers have one year from date of hire to complete this course.

Keep Your Learning Center Profile Updated
You can update many fields in your profile, including personal and job-related information.

Select Profile in the “My Information” section in the left navigation bar. When prompted, enter your Learning Center logon ID and click OK.

You can update your name, phone, fax, and email; your agency contact person; your supervisor; and information relating to your job program categories and functions.

After you update your profile, click the "Submit Data" button at the bottom of the screen.

If your agency name or address has changed, or if you have any questions, please call the Registration Staff at 920-424-1071 or send an email to regstaff@uwosh.edu.

Print Your Own Participant Guides
Training participants are responsible for downloading and printing their own Participant Guides. Directions regarding this are included in the confirmation letter. 


Inclement Weather Phone Number
The Partner Training Team offers a phone number to call when the weather doesn't cooperate with training plans. If you wonder if your class will be held, call the Inclement Weather Number at 608-422-6322 before you drive! A recorded message will announce the status of training sessions.

NOTE: During the COVID-19 pandemic, all in-person classroom training sessions are suspended.
